We dicussed several kinds of mobility, incl. the grid problems with electric devices.

Other item was the measuring systems for controlling and managing of heating systems.

Further on we talked about geothermie and it's problems in Germany due to govt. decisions of charging excessive fees on the electrical sources of the bombing devices.

This last week I planted the basis for the 3D-planning, the implementation will be over the production within the next weeks as laying the ground for the BIM-planning, whose putting to work standard will follow til the end of this year.

The KfW-congress showed that the acceptance of the energetic reconstruction and new construction of buildings for energetic high level performance is high in Germany, while the real performance is low, due to high costs. Without higher governmental subventions, no advances will be possible. After the seminary on security technologies, the specifications have been amplified, incl. these new items, see (only german) DOWNLOADS

The seminary showed security tecnologies in the areas of fire protection, against burglars, and control of access, as well as other security related controls and their redundance, centralized and remote controlled and conected, incl. the newest changes to norms hereto that verse on security of datatransfer and time of response, internally as well as externally. Further there was shown the necessity to begin planning with a security book of qualities as planning base and inserted in the BIM, but the same way in analogue planning systems. This office will implement the new planning tool until 20190630 and insert it in the KOG (Limit of Costs).

Lectures and panel discussions with participation of the Federal Minister for Nutrition and Agriculture, about additional building modes with wood as recyclable and sustainable material. Workshop on Urban Mining.

Lectures about modern bitumen coverings and norms hereto, as well as different aspects of light buildings: Protection against energy loss, against humidity and acustics, outdoor noise.

Hosted by the company Wienerberger lectures about the new code EC6 for brickworks and the DIN 4108 (energy saving) and brickwork sealing according to the new DIN 18531.

This event was hosted by SOPREMA, a world wide acting production firm of roof sealing products. The lectures versed about cardboards, plastic films and liquid plastics, as well as roof windows and interruptions in the surface and their border treatments. The legal implications of site control to these works were discussed.

The most important points were lectures and discussions about simple building - projects between efficiency and way of life in Europe and develloping countries, further on about qualifying and support for energy consultants, and their quality control. BIM problems and develloping were discussed, as well as the apoports of energy consultants in this matter and sustainability shown through cosntruction and space concepts.

This seminary versed about various themes from roof insulations for flat roofs to green roofs and drainage with it's calculations incl. emergency drainage.

The Diskussion versed on the relation between listing of documents, energy saving and functional changes in scholar buildings

As electronical operations of projects and constructions, as well as attention of clients can be executed from the Home Office and at sites and the clients offices, the CLI ATT OF will be closed, to reduce costs.
